About Us

We’re bringing grassroots bioregional organizing to the GFL — to increase resiliency, self-sufficiency, and local food and economic sovereignty. We seek to link many organizations together, to weave a tapestry of regeneration across the Genesee Finger Lakes. We’re not asking any of these organizations to change what they are doing, but rather bringing a holistic, earth-centered perspective to our collective action.

Through this Hub, we’ll document some of the assets, organizations, and issues that characterize the Genesee Finger Lakes today. If you see something that should be included, let us know, and we’ll add it.

Drop me a line at admin@gflbioregion.org, and send a text to 908-581-8418 letting me know to look for it.

And if you’re not already a member of the Design School, please consider joining for as little as $5 a month (or request a scgolarship if even that’s too much).

This site is an initiative of Possible Rochester. We invite you to join us in rediscovering and regenerating the Genesee Finger Lakes Bioregion.
